It was by Divine dispensation that the Holy Trinity – Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda descended on our sacred country, protected our people, instilled confidence and guided them on the right path, even during foreign oppression.

Guided by their teachings – “To see God in every human being”, “The best form of worship is service to mankind” – Sri Ramakrishna Movement functions with the spirit of service and renunciation.

The Math’s selfless service to our entire nation and its growth to global dimensions testify to its inner strength.

The great leaders of our nation including Mahatma Gandhi were inspired by the thoughts of Swami Vivekananda, especially in the social problems of untouchability, superstition, caste consciousness, women’s education and liberty, etc.

It is indeed a great boon to the local people and those of the surrounding villages that a Centre of the Ramakrishna Mission is functioning at Nattarampalli since 1908, rendering invaluable service.
